Shipping policies:

Please allow up to 14 days for your product to be made to order before being sent out to you. We aim to get them out to asap. 

If an order is required sooner for a special occasion please send us an email prior to ordering and we will do our best to have your order out to you asap.

All orders will be sent 2nd class recorded delivery and will require a signature upon arrival. 

IMPORTANT INFO: Parcels not collected from your local depot due to missed delivery and subsequently returned to us can be reshipped at your own cost. 

Parcels returned to us deminishes your right to a full refund, if you decide not to pay reshipping, we will donate your items to the Women's Refuge at your cost.
