Due to the Handmade nature & customisation of our items, we do not accept returns OR exchanges for garments not fitting or wrong colours selected at checkout.
If you are unsure on sizing please email us for full measurements.
We follow a strict quality control program & items are checked thoroughly before dispatch. All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, this is as much for your protection as a customer, as it is for us as a small independant business. Whilst other shipping companies are available, we find Royal Mail as the safest and most reliable for all. If in the unlikely event a fault is discovered, please contact us immediately by email within 3 DAYS OF SIGNED DELIVERY at your adress as recorded by Royal Mail and via their tracking website. After this time, unfortunatly we can not exchange the item, as it becomes difficult to trace its journey and indeed its arrival. If this concerns you or you can forsee an issue, please feel free to message via email before ordering. We are more than happy to answer any questions.
If a fault is found, we will of course replace your item immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds are not issued.
Discount Codes - Discount codes can only be applied at checkout. After checkout has been completed, we cannot add codes to orders or refund differences. Please make sure you have added the code before checking out.
